This gorgeous five bedroom, 7 full bath, luxury town home is located on Deer Valley Drive about 4 blocks from Historic Main Street of Park City. This is a premiere Sundance Film Festival location with walking distance to the nightlife on Main Street and access to the city shuttle stop located directly outside the property. Your group is sure to be pleased with this stunning property. In addition, the downstairs entertainment room can be used as a sixth private bed room and has a full bath.

The town home is approximately 6000 sq ft, is built on four levels, includes an elevator and provides plenty of room for the whole group! When entering the unit from garage or front door you are on the 1st floor and enter into a mud room which has washer and dryer, boot warmer, and connected to a large room with a treadmill, exercise bike, Wet bar with fridge, 65" Smart HDTV, Sauna, Steam Room, full bath, additional very large shower, and a comfortable queen sofa sleeper. Head up the stairs to find the main living area with the gourmet kitchen, Dining Room table f 10+, bar with seating for 4 and a card table for 6. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings also includes comfortable seating in front of the 75” smart HDTV and access to the hot tub deck. On that same floor is an additional full hallway bath and a master bedroom with a 55” HDTV and a large in suite full bath with a walk in shower. Head up one more level and you’re in the “game room” – a sprawling loft area overlooking the living room – with a pool table, cozy seating, queen sofa sleeper, and a 55” HDTV! This floor also provides access to the full size bunk bedroom with a hallway full bath and another master bedroom with a king size bed, a queen sofa sleeper and a large in suite full bath Also on this floor is another washer and dryer. The upper 4th floor includes two more bedrooms with king beds suites (one also has a queen sofa sleeper), in suite full baths and HDTV.

You’ll find that this property has spared no expense in the amenities department. Appliances are all from top end brands such as Wolf, Subzero, Asko, and Samsung. Each location with a television offers High Definition DirectTV service and the main gathering areas include DVD players! For the traveler who needs to stay connected the home is covered with High Speed Wi-Fi service (no additional charge, of course).

Living Room: Great for family gatherings or corporate entertaining: Plenty of cozy seating surrounds a 75’” Smart HDTV with DVD and fireplace. There is a large deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of the surrounding mountainsides just outside this room as well!

Game Room: The game room is on the third level of the home and overlooks the Living Room. You will find a full size billiards table in the sprawling loft style area along with cozy furnishings, a 55” HDTV and a queen size sleeper sofa. This is a great place to enjoy the evening with the family. And in the hallway on this floor is another washer and dryer.

Entertainment Room: The entertainment floor takes up the entire first floor of the townhome. You’ll find a wet bar - complete with fridge, a microwave – alongside a lounge with a 65” Smart HDTV. The entertainment floor even has its own full bathroom that includes a separate sauna, steam room and additional very large shower. This room can be closed off and used as a 6th bedroom. This floor is where the treadmill, exercise bike boot warmers and one of the 2 sets of washer and dryers are located.

Kitchen: This space is fully equipped for gourmet cooking with professional quality, stainless steel appliances, beautiful dark glossed cabinets and polished granite countertops throughout. Also equipped with a coffee maker and blender. The cook in the group will drool over this space!

Dining Room: Seating for 10+ at the gorgeous wood dining table and leather upholstered chairs and Wine fridge. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar area and even a card table off this area for up to 6 more if needed.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation in Deer Valley/Park City

"Well appointed and spacious vacation home including hot tub, steam and sauna and well equipped kitchen for the Chef in your Family. Close to Park City Main Street and bus transit to DV/PC right outside the door. Made it so easy for various family members to come and go at leisure. Couldn't ask for more. We loved our stay at 601 Deer Valley and will definitely return.

Christmas Escapism during COVID!

"Had a wonderful week in this magnificent house, which was supersized in so many ways. All the bedrooms were a great size, nice living and kitchen space, amazing best ever boot room and how can you argue with a jacuzzi, steam room and a sauna! We were in the hot tub every night looking out over the valley. Our only challenge was the parking, which should not be a problem for most people and was because we had to rent a 12 seat minibus because (you guessed it! Due to COVID) there were no Big SUVs available for our family of 6 and all equipment. This was too high for the garage and there is no off road parking. Wasn’t a real problem for us as we don’t use the car that much during the week and we talked to Deer Valley and arranged overnight parking. The garage has plenty of room for 2 cars - just not a 9ft tall bus! Enjoy!

"Spring Break 2021 was our 6th year in Deer Valley.
We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children. This home was perfect for our family. It is great to give each family a "floor" of their own with all amenities. The extras in this home, sauna, steam room and hot tub were perfect for skiers. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The appliances were high end and worked well.
A negative was that housekeeping services were not included (due to covid) and we would have to pay for any service, such as providing clean towels or sheets. There were a couple of sets of washer/dryers so it was easy to keep up with our laundry. The beds were very comfortable but the sheets were not. They were rough and "pilled" and not the quality you would expect in a property like this. There was a fee for clean towels and sheets so we did not ask for replacements. The location of the home is great, right across the street from a bus stop and walking distance to town. This was our sixth stay in a unit on Deer Valley Drive and by far the nicest accommodations. While in Deer Valley we had a great meal at Grappa, took our grandsons for "hot rocks" at Shabu and had lunch on the mountain at the Montage.(We normally eat out most meals but chose to dine in due to covid). We took the grandsons (8 and 11 years old) to the Escape Room. Shirin the owner, made sure we had a great experience. We highly recommend the Escape Room for a family activity.
Deer Valley is a beautiful town and a great place for a family vacation. Skiing was wonderful, weather was great and the town itself is lovely. Staying at 601 Deer Valley Drive was a great experience and working with Joanne at Alpine Ski Properties made our trip as worry free as possible. We highly recommend them both.
