This huge 'A-Frame' duplex, right in the heart of Park City, is sure to be a favorite for larger groups! This is the ultimate live like a local type of place that provides everything in TWO! The property is a duplex, but with this rental a sliding door is opened between the two units to provide direct access between the two and accommodate a larger group of up to 24 guests (you also save some $$$ as opposed to reserving each unit separately!)

With Park City Mountain and Main Street both within walking distance this property is the perfect location to experience all that Park City has to offer and provide cozy furnishings for everyone is your family or traveling group!

Living Room in Unit A: Gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, plenty of seating, great views and lots of light!

Living Room in Unit B: Gas fireplace, 46" HDTV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, plenty of seating, lots of light!

Family Room/Den in unit A: Gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, new couch with sofa sleeper and 2 twin day beds with trundles. This a cozy room to relax in after a day on the slopes!

Family Room/Den in Unit B: Gas fireplace, 42" High Definition LCD TV, comfortable chairs, round game table with 4 chairs. 2 day beds for additional seating.

Kitchen in Unit A: Brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and brand new cabinetry, this kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.

Kitchen in Unit B: Updated stainless steel appliances, glass cooktop, very well equipped for cooking meals.

"Had a very enjoyable time with family. The duplex effect of two kitchens, two dining rooms, two family rooms, lots of bathrooms and plenty of places to sleep. Only one unit had A/C, but the lower levels always stayed cool and the upper bedroom in the non A/C unit had its own cooling mounted on the wall. You do descend down stairs to access the entry doors, so those with wheelchairs or other physical challenges may want to consider something more accessible to their needs. Staff at Alpine Ski Properties were helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. Parking is limited to just four cars, but we managed without a problem.

Earthship in the heart of Park City

"This place was perfect for our annual ski trip to Park City - plenty of beds, big kitchen, comfortable living area with a big tv to watch the Superbowl, and a sweet hot tub with plenty of privacy. Definitely 5*

"The cabinet and bedroom doors couldn’t close and bathroom hardware was falling off along with paint on walls. Kitchen was not well equipped.
We arrived at 3:45p to the office to pick up keys. “it’s not 4pm yet as it’s a same day turnaround unit. You’ll have to come back”. I eventually received keys and a code (why is this necessary in an age of lockboxes and apps). The keys were for a storage closet. Why not leave these in the house? There was not even paperwork to sign requiring our presence.
No big deal. We arrived excited to hop in the hot tub. We all changed and our kids hopped in only to find 49F water. Broken and they didn’t know, right? “oh it’s a same day turn around and it was a drain day, you should be happy it’s clean.”
I called and got a disinterested receptionist and I asked to discuss with the manager, as a hot tub was a priority for our trip. I was promised a call back.
I tried again later and got sent to a manager, but the call dropped. When I called right back, a third voice shrugged us off.
I had requested a late checkout for 11a and denied because it was on a same-day-turnaround. Worth noting, they charge a half-day fee for this and said I “wouldn’t want that”.
Maids showed 45min early on checkout day and took a parking spot. We returned from coffee and hunted for parking. The maintenance guy showed up early and started his routine. The cleaners entered the house 15min early to start while we were still dressing our kids.
This company is completely focused on their bottom line with no consideration for repeat customers. This house is for wild bachelor parties at best. No one would notice the damage.
We’ve rented from many companies. Others have proactively refunded us nominally to acknowledge inconveniences like a hot tub malfunction or dishwasher issues.

Big and perfect location

"Everyone had a comfy bed and we were maybe 5 blocks from the center of main street and 2 blocks from the slopes. The hot tub was great and the place has a great layout for big groups to hang out, make dinner, and relax after skiing.

The location and size were truly incredible.

Also a shoutout to Alpine Property rentals. They were super helpful with a number of questions beforehand and brought us more trash bags during our stay.

Fantastic location, satisfactory house

"Cozy ski house with adequate space for guests and decent amenities. A few of the showers could use some work (shower heads didn't spray well), some closet doors were broken, appliances were old, and various small things were off (no cleaning supplies, no extra garbage bags (a real problem), mismatched collections of plates/glasses/flatware). But overall we liked the house and would definitely stay there again. The location was amazing - walking distance to both PC Mountain and downtown. And Alpine Ski Properties was very easy to deal with and helpful as we planned/approached the trip.

"We loved this place for the summer in park city. Close to downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of main street. It was clean and plenty big enough for the 14 people we had staying. 4 parking spots if you book both sides. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to those seeking a roomie place for a lot of folks.
