Great location and mountain views make this one of the most desirable Town Pointe units. It is a spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped three bedroom condo all on one level. Sleeps 8. Private hot tub. Walk to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain and all of Old Town's shops and restaurants in minutes! The primary suite has a king bed with a large bathroom. There's a junior suite with a king bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen and one set of bunk beds. There is a bathroom for the third bedroom just outside in the door in the hall.

Living room: Leather sofa and love seat plus two comfy chairs. 65" HDTV with HD cable service. Brand new gas burning fireplace!

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Has both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Well-equipped for preparing meals.

Dining room: Seating for up to 8 at the table, seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

Primary bedroom- King bed, HDTV, large attached bathroom.
Junior Suite - King bed, HDTV, large attached bathroom and walk-in closet.
Third bedroom- Queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds

Perfect Stay In Every Way

"My family and I enjoyed staying at this incredible condo at Town Pointe A105 in Park City! From the moment we arrived, we were so comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo had a great design, blending modern with rustic charm to create the perfect space for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, and the unit is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals. The cozy living area, complete with a fireplace, was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Park City and the surrounding areas. Speaking of exploring – Park City is simply breathtaking. We visited the Olympic Park, neighboring towns and we ended up hiking over a dozen trails with elevations up to 5000 ft. Also a gorgeous scenic drive to surrounding towns and iconic landmarks. The hosts provided local recommendations, making it easy to discover hidden gems that we otherwise would have missed. The property is just a short walk to downtown which has so many shops and restaurants which we did daily. The side balcony was cozy. My boys and husband spent every afternoon in the hot tub while I watched the sun moving over the mountains and people walking past from the kitchen balcony, that was my favorite thing. ( we were not visiting during ski season and we had beautiful warm sunny days, I highly recommend visiting in the Summer/Fall) However, we did end up at elevations high enough that it did snow. Remarkable to experience that drastic weather change all in one day. Overall, this is an absolute treasure and I can't say enough positive things or recommend it highly enough.

"This condo is perfectly located in the Park City downtown area. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, recreational activities and just steps from the town lift. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the beds are really comfortable. We will definitely return!

"I cannot say enough good about the townhouse. It is in a stellar location near everything! You can bike for miles on a great path just behind the location or stroll on all of Park City's best streets out the front. Several of the finest restaurants are within easy walking distance. Inside, the townhouse is wonderfully equipped and furnished. It has everything you will need and then some. We were there with another couple for one week and could easily have spent another. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived and the owners have spared no expense in making it perfect. Although an easterner, I grew up out West and have spent a lot of time in most of the great Western locations. Park City is one of the best. It is surrounded by stunning, unique forests you can hike, bike or drive. Sundance is about an hour a way and worth the drive. We will return. Allen

"Spacious and comfortable unit with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect! It is within walking distance of ski slopes, restaurants, and shopping. The hot tub was a real plus after a day on the slopes. We loved having a designated area for skis and boots! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

"Location, Location, Location. Our family (with kids) stayed in this unit in March. It is by far the best place to ski in ski out, bus to Deer Valley or Canyons, and walk to all that Main Street Park City has to offer. It truly feels like home away from home. The bathrooms and bedrooms are set up for ease and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for large family meals. The hot tub and fire place create the perfect Apres Ski evening at home. We walked to rent our skis, shop, and dine. We washed our ski clothes with the large washer and dryer. Our boots and gloves were never cold and damp. We have stayed at several places in the Park City area and this place does not compare. Not even close. Small kids and parents will enjoy the quick walk to the bus stop to get to ski school and main Park City Mountain. The walk to Town Lift is easy and even more fun on the way home when High West is open and ready with your post ski Hot Toddy! Don't miss out on all the fun for family and friends in Park City. We plan to return year after year!

"Just a short walk to the Town Lift and Historic Main St. Clean, comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. There was one disappointment: the fireplace (an important feature for us) was inoperable due to a safety concern, but Joanne the Property Manager, was able to arrange for compensation from the owner for the loss of this amenity.

"We had a wonderful stay in Park City. The check in process was easy, and the Alpine Ski Properties hosts were very helpful. We had a camper that we needed to park during our stay and they were able to help us find a safe spot for it. The unit was spacious and easily accommodated all 8 in our party comfortably. It was a quick walk to Main Street or the bus stop to get anywhere you needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

"The condo was a wonderful place to call home. The location made it easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit, especially Main Street with all of its shops and restaurants. We loved our visit to the Olympic Park, our drive through Deer Valley, and our stop at the Sundance Institute Headquarters.
