This beautiful home with ski-in/ski-out access – nicknamed Sterling Vista – is in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. With luxury features and a ‘million dollar view’, this is one of the most desirable properties in the Deer Valley area. The home is located right across the street from the ‘Silver Lake Access Trail’ providing easy access to the slopes each day. There's three master suites and two deluxe bunk rooms with beautiful mountain decor, sleeping 16-19 people. This house is perfect for entertaining and no detail has been overlooked to accommodate a large group. This a place your family will want to return to year after year.

Sterling Vista has 5000 square feet with three levels of living space. The impressive entry opens onto the main level of the home featuring the living room, kitchen, dining areas and two of the bedroom suites. Two additional spacious master suites are located on the top level of the home, along with a loft area with a sofa sleeper. On the lower garage level, you’ll find a bunk bedroom and a convenient ski prep area.

Living Room: Kick back in the leather couches and watch your favorite movie on the large screen 65" HDTV or enjoy the amazing views from the large pane windows. The brand new gas burning fireplace and a Sonos speaker system make this a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain.

Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is located on the main level of the home. It has high quality stainless appliances including a new Wolf gas cook top in a granite island. There's two refrigerators, two ovens, plenty of cookware, lots of dishes and kitchen accessories - everything you need to cook for a large group. There's seating for three at the island plus a big kitchen table so this will be a popular spot for the gang to keep the cook company. The Webber grill is located just outside the kitchen door for those steaks and burgers.

Dining Room: The formal dining room is located just off of the living room. With seating for 8 guests this is a perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal.

Informal Dining Room: The round table located in the kitchen area provides dining space for 6 guests.

Bedrooms:
Master – A very spacious master suite with King bed, wall mounted 48" HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with steam shower and large jetted tub. There is a small deck just off of this room with views of the private backyard setting. (Located on 3rd floor)
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV. Incredible views over the Park City area from the attached balcony. (Located on 3rd floor).
Third (Junior Master) – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV, beautiful mountain views from the attached balcony with sliding glass doors. (Located on 2nd floor).
Fourth – Two sets of bunks with full bed on bottom and twin on top, adjoining full bath, 43" HDTV. (Located on 2nd level).
Fifth – Two sets of bunk beds. One has a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top, the other set has a twin on both the bottom and top. There's a couple of comfy chairs, and a wall mounted HDTV above the new gas fireplace, making it a great place for kids to watch tv or play video games. The adjoining bathroom has a slate shower stall (located on lower level).
Loft – Queen sofa sleeper, located just outside the second bedroom on the 3rd floor. Shares bathroom with the master or 2nd bedroom.

Hot Tub: 6 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the kitchen area with beautiful mountain views. Weber Genesis natural gas grill on this deck also.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in utility room just off the kitchen area.

Garage: Private, attached heated garage with space for two cars. Additional parking in the driveway area if needed.
4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

"We had a wonderful stay at 7700 Sterling Drive. House was just as described. We were there at the tail end of the season (first week in April) and got some snowbird days and some fresh snow. We had 3 families and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the bottom floor bunkroom. The bedrooms were all good sizes and plenty of space. The house was in walking distance to a few different lodges. We had a few delicious meals at Glitretind, which was slope side. We also made the very short/easy drive to Deer Valley resort and Park City resort. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and very clean. Would higly recommend.

"Wonderful home, needed some supplies during stay that were to be provided and home manager delivered promptly. Huge home. Wonderful rental experience, property management seemed to talk about check-out time and not arriving before 4:00 pm more than about any needs for the property.

"We loved our stay at this vacation home. We had plenty of room for all of our family. We loved the view from the upstairs smaller yet still really large bedroom. We enjoyed spending time outside on the back patio. We brought our cornhole game and were able to all sit outside and visit and watch the boys play cornhole. We truly loved our stay here!!

"This large 5 bedroom house worked very well for our 3 generation family ski trip. It is well situated for ski-in / ski-out with nice views of the mountain from the private hot tub. The management company was also quick to take care of our requests. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay at Deer Valley.

"Sterling Vista is a great house for multiple couples or families skiing at Deer Valley. Huge, lots of beds, lots of space, great kitchen, awesome location. Access to and from slopes is easy.
We had an issue during our stay that required a contractor repair, and both the owner and property management company were responsive and provided a good solution
