The Silverbird complex is located within only a few minutes walk of the lifts at mid-mountain Deer Valley while still maintaining a private, relaxing environment. There are few ways in the world to relax more than to enjoy the sweeping panoramic views that are available from the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The condo hosts 2547 square feet of living space built on three levels - a large space that provides plenty of room for your group. The entrance floor has a two-car garage, the third bedroom with a queen bed and the laundry area. There is also access to the private hot tub on this level. Heading up the stairs to the middle floor you will find the wide-open space that includes the kitchen, living room and dining area. The second bedroom is also located on this floor with a full bathroom attached. The master bedroom is the only room located on the third floor providing plenty of space to wind down and get ready for another day on the slopes!
Living Room: Plenty of seating on the two couches with a lounge chair in the corner, wood burning fireplace. Wall mounted 46" HDTV with HD service. Nice views of the surrounding mountains!
Kitchen: All the conveniences of your home kitchen, this room is equipped with all the tools necessary for a home cooked meal.

Spacious 3 Bedroom.out of 5 Reviewed by jeff The location of the condo in the Silver Lake area is very convenient. A short walk to the mid mountain lifts. The condo itself is large and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is spacious with a large master bathroom with his and her sinks and a steam shower. The other two bedrooms are large and each has it's own private bathroom. There is a fourth half bathroom on the same level as kitchen and living room/ dining room. This is a three level unit with a garage. The indoor hot tub on the lower level was very nice. It was easy to use and the electric baseboard heat quickly heated the room for a very comfortable and enjoyable hot tub experience. The drawbacks of the unit were no wireless internet or remote for the garage door. Also, the heat that controls the kitchen and living room / dining room area controls the first floor bedroom and you could not make it comfortable in both places. Either it was uncomfortably hot or too cold in the first floor bedroom. All in all it was a very nice unit and we would definitely consider it when we return to Deer Valley.
