This townhome was extensively remodeled in 2011 to a very high standard with stylish and contemporary European style furnishings, brand new flooring throughout, artwork and top quality amenities -- including flat screen televisions with HD service, Xbox game system and BOSE iPod docks. New for the 2012/2013 season will be completely remodelled bathrooms with fine cabinetry and an elegant modern look befitting the rest of the property. When you’re ready for a break you can easily come back to the townhome to enjoy a homemade lunch or warm up next to the roaring fireplace. Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, brand new hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone gas burning fireplace, 60" HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, BOSE stereo system, brand new European style furnishing.

Family Room: Located on lower level with 55" HDTV, XBOX 360 game system, plush suede couches with seating for 6. The large couch in this room is also a queen size sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Newly remodeled and customized with stainless steel appliances,wine frig, slate tile flooring and granite counters -- island counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.  Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the beautiful dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – Dramatically decorated with king bed, wood burning fireplace, 32" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with double vanity, luxurious free standing soaking bathtub,and separate shower. There is an alcove/sitting area adjoining the bedroom with a twin day bed. Located on the uppermost floor for privacy.
Second – This is a second master bedroom on the lower level with a king bed, 42" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, adjoining bathroom with double vanity.Large custom shower stall (no bathtub).
Third – Two twin bunk beds, 32" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, adjoining newly remodelled bathroom with entry off the bedroom and family room.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level deck with beautiful mountain views.

Laundry Room:  Washer and dryer in laundry room on main level.

Ski Prep Room: Located in the entry hallway. With cubby holes for gloves, hats and helmets as well as ski and coat hanging racks. No ski boots beyond this room, please!

Garage:  Common heated parking garage with elevator access to upper units in the complex.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  Use ski access to get onto the ski runs and back to the condo, or walk to the Silver Lake Lodge (2/10 mile).
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4.5 miles
Distance to Main Street: 3.5 miles
Distance to Free Bus:  75 yards to bus stop.

There is an exterior flight of stairs that directly reaches the front door of this condo and accesses the ski trail. Or you can enter the condo by parking in Double Eagle's large, heated underground garage, taking the elevator up and then walking down some stairs to get to the front door. To get on the Deer Valley mountain from this condo, simply walk up the private Double Eagle stairwell to the access trail and skate out to the Success ski run which will take you to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge in just a few minutes.  It is quite a flat trail, easy for beginners.  Ski back to the same location and take the stairs down to the condo.

We had a wonderful experience - 5 star home at an incredible value. My only hesitation in not giving it 5 stars overall is that the unit is a little difficult to access as it is in the middle of the complex with two flights of stairs needed to get up to the slopes or down to the street and no elevator access. Good exercise but not perfect if you are looking for total convenience or have difficulty with stairs.
