The ski-in/ski-out, Double Eagle condominiums are located in Silver Lake, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort. They are built up the hillside and have a ski access onto the Success ski run on Deer Valley Resort’s lower mountain. From this trail, ski down to the base of the mountain and start your ski day from there (the base area is also where the ski school meets for lessons each morning and afternoon).

This condo is quite lovely with great views from nearly every window. It is one unit below the ski access, with a ski locker just outside the front door for your convenience. It is approximately 2700 square feet and has a 3 level floor plan. The entry level is the living room, kitchen, dining area combined as one great room, with a deck outside off the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite, and on the lower level are the second and third bedrooms as well as the laundry room and the patio with the private hot tub.

Ski Access: Ski out via the access trail just behind the complex. There are two flights of stairs from the front door of Unit #11 to get to the ski access. Ski back via the 'Double Eagle Access Trail' right to the back door of this condo (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), large screen TV, VCR, CD stereo, plenty of seating.

Kitchen: Hardwood flooring, granite counters, very well equipped for cooking meals. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 8, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, fireplace, TV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath, and an alcove/office area with a twin bed.
Second – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower only.

Third – Queen bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, TV, adjoining full bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.

Garage: Common parking garage with elevator access to upper units in the complex.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Use ski access to get onto the ski runs and back to the condo, or walk to the Silver Lake Lodge (2/10 mile).To ski "in/out" via the ski access, go up the stairs past #10 to the snow, then pole/skate out to the Success ski run. It is a relatively flat trail with not much slope.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4.5 miles
Distance to Main Street: 3.5 miles
Distance to Free Bus: 75 yards to bus stop.
