The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, just between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with very easy access to the free bus.

This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout and lots of natural light. It is 3 levels; the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room and dining area, as well as the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is on a deck nestled against the wooded hillside, and is accessed through the master bedroom.

Living Room: Vaulted ceilings, fireplace (gas), Flat Panel HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, full size sofa sleeper; adjoins the kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals, granite counters, tile flooring. Gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 people, plus 3 barstools at kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, TV, spacious bathroom just outside bedroom door with double vanity, jetted tub. (Access to the outdoor hot tub is through the master bedroom.)
Second – Queen bed plus twin daybed, TV, adjoining bathroom.
Third – Two twin beds, TV, adjoining bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private, outdoor hot tub on deck with access through master bedroom.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in downstairs utility room.

The condo was great. The location was great. Easy bus to Deer Valley or Park City if you didn't rent a car. Nice parking garage if you did. Great space. Hot tube off the master suite. Lot's of room. Clean. Nice little balcony out front. For a 3 bedroom place, the price was right and it delivered above expectations.
