This town home is located on Park Avenue, a couple of blocks away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort, and the Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) These town homes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

There are three level in this town home and it is approximately 1400 square feet in size. The entry (front door) actually faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. This is the middle level of the town home, where you will find the combined kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as one of the full bathrooms. The garage is on the lower level just off the street; the fourth bedroom and washer and dryer are on this level also. The master, second and third bedrooms, are on the top level, with a powder room in the hall and a full bath adjoining the master bedroom.

Living Room: Gas log fireplace, brand new 60 inch flat screen TV, memory foam queen sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Separated from the dining area and living room by a granite counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, brand new 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, adjoining full bath with entry off the master and off the hallway (shared with other bedrooms). There is a private vanity in the master just outside the door into the bathroom.
Second – Queen bed, shares bathroom with 3rd bedroom.
Third – Queen bed, shares bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
Fourth – Two twin beds, full bath upstairs on main level.

Hot Tub: Common area outdoor hot tub on deck just outside front door (not available during summer season).

Laundry Room: New front load washer and dryer on lower level.

Reviews

Great for what we needed, but dated and tired.
This rental was used for our annual week in PCMR, which we have done now for close to 8 years. The location worked very well and it was perfect for what we needed. The unit is a bit tired, and could use a refresh - bedding was showing its age, there was grout missing from sink areas, we had a closet door remove itself from the tracks, and the entry from the garage smelled like an ashtray. The hot tub is not private and comes with very strict rules, around times of use and what buttons you can and cannot push. The cable box on the TV is need of upgrade or replacement as anything 'on-demand' caused buffering issues and in some cases the app just crashed requiring a whole reset of the system. The driveway and garage were very useful, although a snowbank took about a third of the usable driveway space. Overall, the layout worked well for our group and we had a great time.

One week stay over the new year
Overall, we had an excellent experience. They were, however, a number of items that could be improved. For example, TV should be upgraded to have access to the internet , lightbulb Alex in the master bathroom, sauna, cover, broken and have low water level.

Utah Ski Trip
Really good experience. The condo was as advertised and offered plenty of room. Garage access made it very easy to store ski equipment. Would definitely look to rent the unit again.
