Winter Policies Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation Penalties: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask your reservationist for details. Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply. Maid Service: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning. Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee. CHECK IN: 4p.m. CHECK OUT: 10a.m. All properties are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization. Check in: Please check in at our office centrally located in Park City at 875 Ironhorse Drive, Unit D. Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay, and do not include lodging tax (10.45%).
Nightly/Weekly Rentals: Monthly Rentals (1-2 months): Select properties are available for one or more months between April and December. ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING; NO PETS. Internet Service: If you are experiencing problems with the connection in a rental property, please contact our office during business hours and we will do our best to assist you, 435.649.2424 or 800.771.1505. Many of the properties that we represent have wireless high speed Internet service or Wifi. These properties use Comcast (Xfinity) or Qwest (Century Link) as their service provider. We make every effort to ensure that the Internet is functioning properly prior to your arrival, however we make no representations or guarantees that the Internet will work all of the time. If the Internet is not working properly, we will make all efforts to restore the connection but cannot make any guarantees as the service is provided by an outside entity. If there is a technical problem that can not be solved, Alpine Ski Properties will not be responsible for any Internet service provider or any other technical problem. Furthermore, Alpine Ski Properties will not refund you any money if there is any type of problem with the internet service. |
