She founded Alpine Ski Properties with her business partner and sister-in-law, Linda Stice, in 2003 with the understanding that clients expect a fair, honest and hard working property management team. Since then Kerry has guided Alpine Ski Properties to be among Park City’s premier property management firms. Kerry is also the main contact for all HOA related business at Alpine Ski Properties.

Andy Cunningham

Online Sales & Marketing Manager – Associate Broker

Andy manages online reservations and marketing at Alpine Ski Properties and has been with the company since the day the doors opened in 2003. He is responsible for all online/print marketing and website management as well as client relations. He is a Park City native and enjoys all that life in Park City has to offer. With a diverse background in the arts – photography, film production, web/graphic design; real estate – sales agent for 3 years and now the Associate Broker for Alpine Ski Properties; and a lifetime in Park City, Andy knows the market and how to position your property.

Susan McKeon

Private Client Manager

Susan takes care of the “private” client’s homes (non-rental properties) and is the main contact for anything and everything involved with the care of your second home! She works closely with our internal maintenance team as well as all of our subcontracted workers to insure that everything in your home is functioning properly. She also works with our Housekeeping Department to make sure that your home is clean and ready anytime you visit Park City. Her goal is to make sure that the only thing you have to worry about is getting first chair on powder days!

Maintenance Supervisor
